The production of concrete admixtures is fully automated. Modern equipment and methods meeting BASF standards provide a high level of occupational health and safety, as well as measures to protect health and the environment while complying with all legal norms.
Strict admission control of the quality of raw materials and finished products is carried out in the laboratories located on the territories of industrial complexes. At the same time, BASF training and information center was built at the site in Podolsk district to conduct information workshops for customers and partners of the company. Admixtures for road construction are preferably used for production of concrete mixes of enhanced frost resistance and water impermeability. These admixtures are classified as air-entraining agents and plasticizers and refer to the category of surfactants. Admixtures for winter concreting are special synthetic compounds used for concrete works in cold seasons. Due to their application concrete mix fully retains its properties at ambient temperatures from +5 0С to -25 0С and below.
